Robyn Cockburn is the Corporate Tax Planning Manager at DH&Co and has worked with the company since March 2019. Following the completion of her degree in Accountancy and Finance at the University of Stirling, Robyn started her accounting career in 2015 at an Edinburgh-based firm where she worked in personal tax compliance.
Robyn first joined DH&Co as an Advisory Trainee in 2019, focusing on all things advisory, from IHT and succession planning to more corporate tax planning matters. She now heads up our corporate tax planning team whilst keeping involved with some personal tax planning work. Robyn has a keen interest in advising clients on company structures, incorporations, research and development claims, capital allowance exercises and business sales. In 2021, Robyn completed her studies and became a fully qualified ATT and CTA.
In her role as Corporate Tax Planning Manager, Robyn most enjoys that every day is different as each client she works with has a unique set of circumstances and requirements, allowing her to develop tailored solutions. When asked what her favourite things about working at DH&Co, Robyn said it is the working closely with her direct team as well as colleagues from all departments to provide clients with the best overall service possible.
