“We asked them to carry out an overall review of our systems and processes and come back to us with suggestions on what we could do better. They came back with a lot of ideas. For example, we were using Sage purely for invoicing but not for management accounting. By introducing this change, we haven’t been doubling up work as much which has been really beneficial. They will tell us what works but have also identified where we could work even better which has been excellent.”
