Jonathan Short is an Associate with the firm. He has worked in tax within the firm for over 26 years and therefore has a wealth of experience and knowledge.
When asked what he specialises in Jonathan usually says, ‘Tax and Tennis’ with tennis being his main interest outside the office. He continues to play competively.
Jonathan oversees all compliance work within our High Net Worth, Traders and Small Business sectors. He also spends time working on the development of the firm’s trainees. Jonathan believes that it is the amount of added services provided by the firm and the quality of the service given that makes DH&Co stand out from other accountancy practices.
He enjoys many aspects of his role, including; working with the trainees, looking after his clients, and helping drive the company forward as it continues to grow. When working with clients, Jonathan takes pride in ensuring that he is easily contactable for each individual client when they need him, shows an interest in their affairs and swiftly carries out any required action for them.
