Diane Martin is the Tax Manager at DH&Co. She has worked at the firm since 2016 after previously spending 14 years working with other firms. Diane is a Fellow member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and also a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Diane specialises in Compliance Tax with the firm and has 20 years’ experience in tax-specific roles as well as 7 years previously in bookkeeping and accountancy. When asked what her favourite things about working with DH&Co, Diane said it was the variety of work and getting to know the clients and their business challenges, along with working with her colleagues.
Diane’s main client goal as part of DH&Co is to deliver a first-class service to all clients. To Diane, this means managing the client’s needs so they get the full package. This includes getting to know the clients personally and building relationships to ensure they know that DH&Co are accessible and they can ask for assistance and advice. She aims to know what each client wants from their accountant and to help the client understand what Douglas Home can do for them individually.
As Tax Manager, Diane’s main customer goal is to provide a high-quality service to clients in all areas of Tax Compliance.
