Having merged his accountancy practice with DH&Co in 2015, Andy is focused on raising finance for clients, consulting on strategic development and business challenges as well as developing new business.
Since qualifying in 1992 Andy has started, bought, managed, grown, diversified, restructured and sold his own and clients businesses – all with varying degrees of success and failure! He is MD of two SME family business with diverse operations primarily in the service, retail and property sectors. In 2004 Andy assisted in setting up www.tricapital.co.uk a Borders based business angel syndicate and from the outset has been a proactive investor as well as Company Secretary.
