Douglas Home & Co was established in 1983 by Andrew Douglas Home, who worked several years in London and Edinburgh, before choosing to open his own office in Kelso, close to his family home in Coldstream.

Consistent steady growth, together with several strategic mergers has brought the firm up to its current complement of over thirty staff and four directors with extensive experience and expertise and a nationwide client base.

The main office is situated in Kelso and the current location enjoys an excellent position overlooking the scenic square in Kelso. In addition, the firm has added new offices in Hawick (2009) and Haddington (2010) and continues to expand steadily.
